What does the culture foundation include?
Our approach draws on don Miguel Ruiz’s The Four Agreements and Mike Lacouture’s hundreds of hours of in-person culture training. Lessons translate communication, feedback, checking assumptions and doing your best into your team’s real scenarios. This is an independent MVM service, not an official or affiliated Four Agreements program.
Can you work from our existing SOPs?
Yes. Bring the process documents, recurring questions and examples of good work. We help turn them into clear explanations and demonstrations. Your team approves the process and technical accuracy before use.
Does this replace hands-on training or include an LMS?
Videos support demonstrations, practice and manager feedback. A learning management system, quizzes, completion tracking, translations and future updates are separate unless included in your agreed scope. Do not use a video as a substitute for required practical instruction.
Can we start with one lesson and spread payments?
Yes. Choose only the lessons you need in the existing builder. This is a fixed project, not a monthly content subscription. See the pay-in-full total with 5% savings or three or six monthly payments at the standard total. Final scope and delivery milestones are agreed before production.
