Choose what your team needs

Choose the story your job posting cannot tell.

Company recruiting film

Introduce the team and the work.

A 90-second to 3-minute company film combines owner and employee interviews with workplace footage. Use it on your careers page and alongside open roles.

Employee stories and day in the life

Make the role concrete.

Show who does the work, what a typical day involves and what someone should know before applying. Use premium recruiting shorts for focused employee stories and role highlights.

Recruiting shorts

Bring people back to the opportunity.

Use one role, employee answer or workplace detail per short. Place approved clips in social posts, outreach or hiring campaigns, with a clear route to your application.

Before you start

A few practical answers.

What businesses is this best for?

Contractors and home-service companies adding crews, manufacturers introducing production roles, and growing service teams hiring regularly. A clear role and a realistic view of the workplace matter more than a broad hiring slogan.

How does culture fit into recruiting?

We use principles inspired by don Miguel Ruiz’s The Four Agreements to explore communication, asking questions, responding to feedback and taking ownership. Founder Mike Lacouture brings hundreds of hours of in-person culture training. Your actual workplace standards shape the story; this is an independent MVM service, not an affiliated book program.

Do you run our hiring or guarantee applicants?

MVM plans and produces the videos. Applicant tracking, job placement, ad management and ad spend are separate unless agreed. Your offer, available roles, distribution and hiring process influence the response.

What does a recruiting video project cost?

Use the existing custom builder to choose your company film and recruiting shorts. It shows one-time project pricing, 5% savings for paying in full, or three or six monthly payments at the standard total. Scope, filming capacity and any travel costs are confirmed before booking.
