Culture is the foundation

Teach the work. Build a culture people understand.

Grounded in don Miguel Ruiz’s The Four Agreements and Mike Lacouture’s hundreds of hours of in-person culture training. We turn your values into clear, everyday expectations.

01

Communicate with care

Set expectations clearly with a new hire or customer. Follow through on what you promise.

02

Respond without taking it personally

Practice responding to a correction or customer complaint without making it personal.

03

Ask before assuming

Confirm a handoff, task or customer request before acting on an assumption.

04

Take ownership of your best work

Show what good work looks like, when to ask for help and how to improve.

Recruiting shows candidates the culture they are joining. Training turns those same expectations into everyday actions. Your team supplies the real standards and examples; we help make them clear. An independent MVM service, not an official or affiliated Four Agreements program.

Your team. Your priorities.

Ad budget is separate, paid directly to Meta. Suggested starting budget: $300–$600/month, agreed before launch. Month to month; boosting starts after suitable approved posts are published. No guaranteed inquiries or sales. Selected content must be cleared for advertising.

How filming, revisions & rollout work

Every active project includes $250 for culture alignment, topic planning, interview prompts and library setup, plus your filming sessions. Includes one consolidated revision round per video. We approve the outline before filming and review the first edit before finishing the rest. Your team approves all training accuracy and public-use permissions. Additional filming, travel, lodging, versions and updates are agreed separately. Posting, recruiting ads, ad spend, applicant management and an LMS are separate.

03 / Reuse the strongest story

One film. Five extra clips.

Add a recruiting & culture film and get 5 basic clips from its approved interviews at no extra charge. No extra filming for those clips.

Questions about your project

Do we need to buy recruiting and training together?

No. Choose either focus or connect both in the builder. A combined project shares the planning fee and filming sessions. You do not pay twice for the same selected film or footage.

Can you film customer-facing marketing videos too?

Yes. For project highlights, customer stories and social content, explore on-site video production for local contractors. We can discuss capturing marketing, recruiting and training footage during a coordinated shoot; the combined scope is quoted before booking.

Are these monthly prices?

No. You are choosing one fixed project. Pay in full to save 5% against the standard total, or pay that standard total in 3 or 6 monthly installments. The scope does not repeat each month. First payment is due before production; production and delivery milestones and payment dates are agreed before booking. Ongoing content and future updates are separate.

Do we need a big team to make this worthwhile?

No minimum team size is required. A useful starting point is a role you repeatedly hire for or an explanation you give every new employee. Start with that need; the project builder lets you choose one video instead of a full library.

Can you turn our existing procedures into training videos?

Yes. Bring your procedures and the person who knows the work. We help plan and film clear explanations using your approved process, with your team reviewing accuracy before the finished videos are used.

How should we judge whether the videos are helping?

Choose a practical goal before filming: clearer candidate expectations, a reusable onboarding explanation or a consistent handoff. Review candidate and new-hire feedback, repeated questions and manager time spent explaining the same task. Views alone do not tell the whole story.

Will recruiting videos guarantee hires?

The videos help candidates understand your company and the role. Hiring results also depend on compensation, the opportunity, distribution, your application process and follow-up. We do not promise a set number of applicants or hires.

What is included in the final quote?

We confirm deliverables, lengths, filming hours, locations, revisions, timeline and payment terms in writing. Travel or lodging, additional filming, extra edits and paid assets are quoted separately when needed.

Where do you film recruiting and training videos?

We are based in Fall River and film at businesses across Southeastern Massachusetts, the South Coast, the South Shore and Rhode Island. That includes teams near New Bedford, Taunton, Plymouth and Providence. Tell us your locations so we can confirm filming time, scheduling and any travel costs.

Start with your team

Which explanation do you keep repeating?

Bring one hard-to-fill role, onboarding task or team standard. We’ll help you choose a focused first project.
